About Donna and Wayne

Donna and Wayne are a husband and wife team!     They have been married for 25 years and raised 2 children together.    Their skills are complimentary of each other and together they strive to take the stress out of each transaction for their clients.    Donna and Wayne utilize the experience they have developed closing 75 to 100 transactions per year to smooth out any bumps in the road you may encounter.  

What makes Donna and Wayne a great team?

Experience - Closing 75 to 100 transactions per year.

Education - Donna has her Brokers license as well as the national GRI designation.   Wayne is a Certified Internet Professional,  Accredited Seller Representative, and both are working on their CRS designations as they feel education is important.  Wayne and Donna both have Bachelors degrees from the University of Georgia. 

Negotiating Skills - Donna and Wayne both feel that negotiating skills are very important in a transactiona and take classes to improve those skills in addition to the experience they have acquired in the field. 

Mistakes - Yes - we have made mistakes.  From those mistakes we have become better agents.   From these lessons we will be stronger agents for you and will know how to protect your interests.
